SCORM-compliant course written for the busy professional

This micro-course was designed to help busy professionals quickly develop skills in writing effective AI prompts. The course provides a streamlined learning experience, focusing on practical, actionable knowledge that can immediately impact daily tasks.

The course was built with busy professionals in mind, focusing on delivering essential information in a concise, engaging format.

Each section combines theoretical insights with practical examples to ensure learners can immediately apply what they've learned. The final quiz offers an interactive way to solidify understanding, supporting a complete and efficient learning experience.

B2B Sales Training - Sales Enablement Training Program

This learning program was designed to onboard Sales Professionals to a specific Sales Play that was being implemented within the organization.

Learning Design Approach

The course was built by partnering with SME's and Enablement Leaders to curate existing enablement collateral into a course that could quickly upskill the sales team while removing barriers to participation.

The course utilizes the Transformative Learning Model to challenge learner's present understanding of their sales approach and implement the taught one collaboratively with a skilled grader.

The key to the success of this course was being evaluated by their manager in-person via a rubric rather than being evaluated by a standard quiz.

Tutorial videos for the SaaS Platform vPlaybook

As the Implementation Project Manager responsible for new client onboarding for vPlaybook, I created and produced a large library of walkthrough videos, tutorials, and guides.

Learning Design Approach

Screen captures were animated with annotations and zooming in to portions of the screen that are being referenced. Fun background music was created in Logic Pro and narration was performed in a friendly/accessible tone. This was intended to ease learners who are apprehensive about learning a new skill.

These videos were originally hosted on Vimeo with a searchable transcript and labeled chapters so that a learner could quickly find the relevant section that they needed assistance with.

I recorded most of these in OBS with a Neuman KMS 105 microphone. Included is the "Table Editing Video" from a colleague which I edited to remove a lawnmower outside of her window, a barking dog, and a desk fan (as well as animations, music, etc.).

Native knowledge base created within a CMS/LMS

To support training and enablement I created an internal knowledge base in the form of an HTML5 Playbook. This was hosted in the Saas platform vPlaybook.

Learning Design Approach

Much of the documentation for this app was created as individual PDF files to be emailed to clients or accessed by internal teams.

The client-facing knowledge base was created by rebuilding the PDF files from scratch into vPlaybook. Easy navigation was facilitated by organizing the content into subject areas and using tiles to direct the learner to the relevant area of interest.

The internal-facing knowledge base contained secure information that needed to be protected. I iframed the PDF files using Box which required a login to view. This allowed the playbook to be accessible to all internal teams, but the content secured by an SSO login.

Hubspot Resource Center for internal help requests

This resource page models a resource page that I created for a previous client.

Learning Design Approach

Working with the business team we identified the most frequently requested documentation and designed a resource center to reduce tier 1 help requests.

Each category of requests uses a visual in the client's branding that helps the learner find the content they seek. Content is accessible via expandable tabs with hyperlinks to the documentation within the CRM.

User Access Control via Hubspot allows for the content to be gated to employees only.
